At Dalydress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dalydress account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a preferred time slot through our portal for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any Dalydress retail store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
